7" Santoku knife KRONUNG (X50CrMoV15 steel)

The Santoku Knife is a multifunctional item. It is made for chopping vegetables, thin slicing and cutting fish and meat. The scalloped indentations make this knife easy to use by creating air pockets between blade and food, ensuring nothing sticks to the blade. Kitchen knives of KRONUNG series were developed by designers for anniversary of the company. For the first time they were presented at the Ambiente fair in Germany in 2019. They are made of high-quality German steel X50CrMoV15, hardened up to HRC 57 on Rockwell scale. These knives are durable and perfect for everyday use. Double side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. Thick heel prevents fingers from slipping and ensures additional support. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Unique shape of polypropylene handles guarantees safe use. Non-screw technology used in manufacturing makes the handles ergonomic and very convenient to use. Ideal adjustment of each detail is the key to high hygiene and excellent look of the products.
