Stainless steel 420J2 is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 53+/-2 on Rockwell scale. Full-tang construction helps to achieve additional strength of the knives. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Ergonomic polypropylene handle is fixed by 3 rivets properly. The handle withstands sliding and provides safe use thanks to matt finishing. All details of the knives are manually adjusted, which guarantees high reliability and hygiene.
