The Slicing Knife is the choice for an expert. Thanks to its long, narrow blade it is easy to cut any food into perfectly thin pieces. It is useful for cooking Japanese dishes – sushi and sashimi. Kitchen knives KITAKAMI are made of high-quality German steel X50CrMoV15. It is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 57 on Rockwell scale. These knives are perfect for everyday use. Double side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. Thick heel prevents fingers from slipping and ensures additional support. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Polypropylene handle is fixed with 3 even rivets properly. Matt finishing helps handles to stay non-slippery and to prevent hands injury. Hand wash only.
