Stainless Steel Cookware is easy to maintain. They do not need to be specially prepared before the first use – it is enough just to remove the factory stickers and wash them thoroughly with warm water. You can wash these dishes by hand or in the dishwasher – as you like. But there are some things that stainless steel dishes will definitely not like.

Who does not like dishes made of stainless steel?

abrasive cleaners and metallic sponges-this will definitely not work for the care of stainless steel casseroles, scratches will appear on the surface of the dishes. It is better to choose a soft sponge and non-aggressive detergents, wipe clean dishes dry and rejoice at their bright shine.

Ordinary drinking soda will help remove grease from stainless steel dishes and clean up non-washed casseroles immediately after use. Dilute soda to the consistency of gruel with water, apply to the dirty surface, let stand a little so that the dirt does not exfoliate. Then rinse and wash the dishes with a soft sponge and dishwashing detergent. You should not pour salt and spices into cold water – they will leave white spots on the surface of stainless steel casseroles. To prevent this from happening, add salt to the food when the water has started to boil. If, in case, you already made such a mistake, prepare a paste from soda, water and a small amount of vinegar or lemon juice to eliminate rainbow-like spots that have appeared on the dishes. You should not store ready – made food for a long time in dishes made of stainless steel-this is not the best idea. Dishes made of stainless steel are safe, but prolonged exposure to salt or natural acids, which may be contained in the finished dish, can harm both the dishes and you. Dishes that have just been removed from the refrigerator should not be immediately put on a warm stove or put still warm in the refrigerator – no dishes will like this behavior. Dishes made of stainless steel are no exception in this regard – a sharp change in temperature or a quick heating of empty casseroles on the stove can not only leave an imprint on their external appearance, but also significantly reduce their service life. Just do not expose your dishes to extreme temperature changes, treat them with care – this will be a guarantee of long-term service of dishes.
