Rules of the FissBack loyalty program


1. What is the FissBack program?

FissBack is a bonus program for our regular customers who have received Fissman loyalty cards.

The customer can get a loyalty card by making a purchase worth at least 10 euros at any FISSMAN store: T/C DOMINA, T/C MOLS, T/C DAMME, T/C ALFA and T/C ORIGO or by downloading the Fissman Latvija mobile app.

When making purchases in the FISSMAN store, the buyer accumulates FissBack points on the loyalty card, which can later be used to pay 30% of the purchase amount in the FISSMAN stores.

2. Getting the Fissback points:

For each purchase, the customer accumulates the Fissback bonus points on his account in accordance with the purchase amount and the FissBack level (see point 3). Bonus points are awarded for all purchased items, including promotional items.

3. Levels of the Fissback bonus program

Customers are assigned buyer levels, which determine the amount of bonuses earned. After reaching the corresponding amount, the client receives a higher level and, consequently, a greater number of bonuses for each subsequent purchase.

4. Levels of the Fissback program:

Pink level - awarded to the customer upon receipt of the loyalty card at the time of purchase. 2% of the purchase amount is credited to the Fissback account.

Silver level - is provided to the buyer when the total amount of purchases reaches 25 EUR, 3% of the purchase amount is credited to the Fissback account.

Gold level - is provided to the buyer when the total amount of purchases reaches 60 EUR, 5% of the purchase amount is credited to the Fissback account.

VIP level - is provided to the buyer when the total amount of purchases reaches 350 EUR, 10% of the purchase amount is credited to the Fissback account.

Accrual is made upon application of the loyalty card (presentation of the FISSMAN card, the barcode of the card in the FISSMAN application, search by phone number)

5. Will bonus points be deducted if the product is returned?

Yes, bonus points are deducted from your Fissback account in the following cases:

  • in case of cancellation/non-confirmation of the order;
  • when returning the product;
  • after the expiration of the points (after 1 year).

  • 6. Will the used bonus points be returned to the loyalty card if the product is returned?



    Yes, bonus points are returned to the Fissback account in the following cases:

  • If the customer has paid for part of the goods with points and wants to return the goods, the spent points are returned to the customer's account.

  • 7. Using bonus points


  • The FissBack points can be used to pay for the FISSMAN product in stores, in an online store or in a mobile application.
  • When ordering from an online store or retail stores, you can specify the number of points you want to use.
  • Bonus points can be used to pay for FISSMAN products at full price.
  • Promotional goods or delivery cannot be paid with bonus points.
  • You can use bonus points to pay up to 30% of the purchase amount.
  • Bonus points are deducted upon payment and order confirmation.
  • The amount of the order will already reflect the bonus points used.
  • Bonus points can only be used from your personal Fissback account.
  • Points can be used in retail stores only if a FISSMAN loyalty card or a barcode of the card from the FISSMAN Latvija mobile application is presented.
  • Payment with bonus points in Retail Stores cannot be made using a phone number.
  • To pay for the order, using points, in the online store Fissman.lv or in the Fissman Latvija mobile application, phone number confirmation via SMS is required.
  • Bonus points are valid for 1 year. After this period, the points are burned.

  • 8. Information about the program


    All existing holders of FISSMAN loyalty cards will be automatically added to the Fissback loyalty program. These cards can be used to accumulate and pay with bonus points.

    Fissback bonus points are NOT electronic money, NOT a currency, not a means of payment, they cannot be obtained physically, converted into any kind of money, etc. Fissback bonus points are an indicator of customer activity in a retail store or on a website www.fissman.lv .

    The loyalty program applies only to the holders of the FISSMAN card.

    These bonus accrual rules may be changed unilaterally by the organizer of the promotion. Notification of changes to these rules is made by posting relevant information on the website www.fissman.lv
